How does it work?
Simply give us a call and or email us your plans. We will provide a fixed price fee to complete the estimate for you based on your specifications.
How long will it take?
Once payment has been made we will complete a your estimate within 10 - 14 working days. If you have a specific time frame in mind we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
I need the estimate yesterday!
We also have a priority service available for a small additional fee of $550 inc gst which gives you a guaranteed turnaround time of 48 Hours
How will you send the estimate to me?
The estimate will be emailed to you directly for your consideration. If necessary we will alter and or amend the estimate at your request. At all times, we will be available to discuss your project with you.
What will the estimate look like?

How accurate are your prices?
We update our pricing regularly using nationwide databases. If we are working in an area that we haven't worked in for a while we do our research to make sure the prices we are quoting accurately reflect current market conditions.
How accurate are your take-offs?
We apply industry standard proven strategies for arriving at accurate figures. Of course experience helps. Understanding the processes required to achieve an end result means that leaving things out is never an option.
What if I cannot buy material at the estimated price?
This rarely happens. The pricing structure we use is not always the cheapest product available. We use nationally recognized suppliers that have published supply prices for various different areas. At Estimating Australia, we are very solution focused, meaning that if you have a problem with our estimate, our job is to find the solution for you. Simply give us a call and we will do the rest.
I have an unusual project?
We love a challenge. Everything can be broken down and measured and if we can measure it we can cost it. Give us a go, you will not be disappointed.
My files are too large to send via email?
Files are getting bigger and bigger especially as the internet gets more accessible. If your files are too large to send via email then consider using a free service such as Dropbox, Box or Google Docs. These are free services that allow for easy file sharing. Just make sure the files are marked 'public' prior to sending us the link.
What software do you use?
We prefer to use Buildsoft CUBIT. We can also prepare take offs using Planswift. If you use these programs we can send you the file for import into your program as well. Software is great, but it is only ever as good as the information you put into it. Experience and pricing data combined, with the right software is the best solution for you business.
